Michael Turrin, Mike for short - a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years experience is now building upon his Real Estate Consultancy Practice. He relies on his proven track record in value enhancement through successful acquisition, redevelopment, repositioning, leasing and disposition of major commercial office and retail properties focused in the New York City – Metro Area market.

Recent projects included properties located in urban and suburban centers within the United States and several major cities around the world. Additionally, helped manage a portfolio of 15 commercial properties in New York City totaling 3.3 million square feet with outstanding mortgage debt exceeding $1 billion. Provided corporate clients with portfolio management services including leasing, occupancy strategy evaluation, acquisition and disposition analysis, recommendation and execution support.

When Mike isn't working diligently on his clients assignments, he is most often spending time with his family and friends in Brewster, NY. There is a good chance you can catch him behind the glass at MSG rooting for the New York Rangers, or otherwise running after his Chocolate Labradoodle named Clark.
